• Enquiry details you send us: When you fill our contact form, the details (name, phone, email, service needed, budget, project description) are formatted into a WhatsApp message that opens on your own device. Our website itself does not store or save this information on any server or database.
• Direct communication: Information you share with us over WhatsApp, email or phone during enquiries and projects.
• Basic usage data: Like most websites, our hosting provider and analytics tool (when enabled) may record anonymous technical data such as pages visited, browser type and approximate region. This does not personally identify you.

• To respond to your enquiry and discuss your project
• To deliver, invoice and support the services you purchase
• To improve our website and services using anonymous usage data

We do not send promotional spam. We contact you only about your enquiry or project.

Enquiry and project communication is retained on our WhatsApp/email as long as needed to serve you and for reasonable business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see Contact below), subject to legal and accounting requirements.

Our website is served over HTTPS. Since we do not store your data on the website itself, the main records of our communication remain within WhatsApp and email, which use their own encryption and security measures.

Our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
