These terms apply when you engage Webnixs ("we", "us"), Surat, Gujarat, for website, mobile app, custom software or related services. By confirming a project with us, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotes & scope
- Every project begins with a written quote (shared on WhatsApp or email) describing the scope, price and estimated delivery time.
- Work described in the written quote is included; anything outside it is a change request and may be charged additionally after informing you.
2. Payments
- Standard terms: 50% advance to begin work, 50% on delivery. Larger projects may be split into agreed milestones.
- Payments are accepted via UPI or bank transfer. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR).
- Third-party costs (domain, hosting, Play Store fees, paid plugins/APIs) are separate from our service fee and are payable by the client, in the client's own accounts wherever possible.
3. Client responsibilities
- Providing content (text, photos, logos, business details) and timely feedback. Delays in providing these extend the delivery date accordingly.
- Ensuring the content you provide is yours to use and does not infringe anyone's rights.
4. Delivery & revisions
- We share daily progress updates on WhatsApp and reasonable rounds of revisions are included during the project.
- Changes requested after final approval and delivery are treated as new work and quoted separately (or covered under a maintenance plan).
5. Ownership
- On receipt of full payment, the delivered website/app/software, its source code and design become the client's property.
- Domains, hosting and related accounts are registered in the client's name from the start wherever practical.
- We may showcase completed non-confidential work in our portfolio and marketing unless you ask us in writing not to.
6. Cancellations & refunds
- If you cancel after work has begun, the advance covers work completed up to that point; any unused portion beyond completed work will be discussed fairly and refunded where applicable.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will refund payments for the undelivered portion.
7. Support & maintenance
Minor bug fixes for issues in our delivered work are free for 30 days after delivery. Ongoing updates, backups and changes are available under our monthly maintenance plans.
8. Warranties & liability
- We build with reasonable skill and care, but no website or software can be guaranteed to be error-free or achieve specific business results (sales, rankings, downloads).
- Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.
- We are not responsible for third-party services (hosting, domains, payment gateways, app stores) changing their terms, pricing or availability.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Surat, Gujarat having jurisdiction.
